DELIVERY & POSTAGE

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only.

UK delivery time will depend on the type of service you select. We use Royal Mail and APC to dispatch our parcels but please note that we cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries if no one is at home to receive them. If you are unable to accept a delivery, please be aware that it may be returned to the depot and a card left. Royal Mail guidelines state that 48HR Tracked and non-Tracked items should arrive between 2-3 working days.

We will always obtain a proof of posting. Whilst delays are frustrating and we fully sympathise, Apatchy Ltd cannot take responsibility for delays to your order once it has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email no later than 24 hours after receipt of your order. We maintain real time stock levels, however during busy periods there is the possibility of some items not being available. If this happens, we will inform you in the confirmation email along with an expected delivery time. If the expected delivery time is not to your satisfaction, you will be entitled to cancel your order.

All queries and emails will be answered within 48 hours on working days.

STANDARD DELIVERY 

Royal Mail 48HR Tracked & Non-Tracked

Typically, orders placed with a standard delivery option of Royal Mail 48HR at a cost of £3.95 Tracked and Non-Tracked, are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed on the website (assuming all items ordered are in stock). You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

For any items that qualify as a Large Letter, we charge a flat rate of £1 for Royal Mail 48HR non-Tracked. 

Free UK Delivery Over £70

Apatchy London offers free standard UK delivery on orders over £70. This offer is automatically applied at checkout. This offer is valid on orders that are sent within the UK using our standard delivery service (Royal Mail 48HR Tracked) and the order value must be £70 or more for this to be applied. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Service

Orders can be upgraded to APC Express Service at a cost of £6.95. This will ensure that your order is processed on the same day for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. If you are not in to receive your parcel, it may be returned to the depot for redelivery as this is a signed for service. This service is available from Monday to Thursday only. Orders need to be placed by 1pm for them to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm and at weekends will be processed the next working day. Delivery timeframe for this service is 1-2 working days.

Orders placed on Friday will be despatched via Royal Mail 24HR Tracked as APC do not deliver on Saturdays.

Please note this service is only available for mainland deliveries. If you select this option for Northern Ireland, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr Service. 

Please note that these are not guaranteed next day services, although most parcels do arrive within this time frame.

UK TRACKING

If your parcel has a tracking number, you will be able to access the Royal Mail Track and Trace service or the APC tracking website to monitor the progress of your parcel. Please use the following links to track your parcel:

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Apatchy offers international delivery DDP as standard with DHL International Express at a flat rate of £25 (equivalent in local currency). Import Duties

Apatchy is pleased to announce that it operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays - due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. In the instance of items reaching you, we cover all fees, duties and taxes to ensure the order is delivered DDP. In the instance that this reaches an area where no Sales Tax is payable, not chargeable, or is charged at a different rate, then no reduction is given for the change in Sales Tax and the price is as seen.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKES 

Due to upcoming Royal Mail strikes, there will be delays to deliveries so we advise ordering early where possible. The strikes are planned for the following dates:

  • TBC (2023)

Whilst there will be ‘normal’ postage days after these dates, Royal Mail expect there to be delays. 

For Royal Mail 48hr, please allow for more time when ordering near the strike dates as delays are expected.

Unfortunately these delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes are beyond our control so all we can do is advise you to order early where you can.
