Apatchy was founded in 2009 by Georgie Stacey and Sam Tolhurst. Apatchy has become well known as a brand with a broad range of products to suit all ages and interests, from sophisticated makeup pouches to stunning holdalls perfect for weekends away. All Apatchy bags can be instantly personalised with a unique range of gripper patches, demonstrated in the 'Personalisation' section of our website.
Whilst the company has expanded and developed at a rapid pace in the last two years, our inspiration and ethos remain the same. We continue to be influenced by what's traditionally British, from the culture of London to the heritage of the countryside. Our Great British pride extends to the standard of our products, starting from the most intricate designs to using the finest quality materials, and a great team that delivers exceptional customer service.
2016 has been the most successful year to date at Apatchy, where we appeared at a record-breaking number of fairs all over the country, including Burghley Horse Trials and the Spirit of Christmas in Kensington Olympia. We have also been involved in an exciting number of pop up shops, from the centre of Cambridge to the energetic new 'Link Street' at the Bullring in Birmingham. We were also welcomed into a summer concession in Topshop, displaying our makeup bags, and are now at Brent Cross's Fenwick store.
So far Apatchy has been a great adventure, and one that wouldn't have been nearly as great without the loyalty of our customers, whom over the years we have become acquainted with personally. We would even go as far to say that they have shaped our brand to the Apatchy that it is today, giving feedback on new collections, spreading the Apatchy word to their own friends and family, and always saying hello when we are on the road visiting shows!
We hope that 2017 brings just as many challenges and prosperity!
